The O.M.P. manufactures its tools, its equipment, its hydraulic breakers with high quality materials. The materials used for the construction of the hammer are certified and resist to the most extreme conditions of stress of the excavator, such as compression, torsion, wear and dilatation.
The distribution is in 18NCD5 with 15/10 cementation. The piston is in 16NCD12 with hardening and double tempering at 20/10. The lower head is constructed in 20MNCRS 15/10. Tools hardening and double tempering are in 42CD4. The tool retainers with hardening and double tempering are in 18NCD5. The blades of the crushers of our production are in K100. We require quality for everything.
